Short Term Missions
November 2008 trip to Rwanda - There will be a short term missions team going to Rwanda in November 2008. The dates for this trip are November 1st-21st. The focus of this team will be to work on the Home of Innocence and the Acres of Hope. They will of course spend some time loving on and playing with the children at the existing homes and the children at the feeding program as well. There will be an informational meeting in on Sunday at 4pm August 31st at Heritage Church in Hazel Dell, WA, so if you are interested in going on this trip please come to this meeting. You can also send an email to Darcee, the team coordinator and let her know you want to be kept up to date. The cost for this trip will be $3200 per adult (children with parents may be less). The team meetings for this trip are scheduled for September 14th, September 28th, October 12th, and October 26th. All of these meetings will be held at Heritage Church on Sundays at 4pm. Application for this trip are due by September 7th(along with the $200 app. Fee). An addition $2,000 will be due by September 14th in order to reserve plane tickets.
