Acres of Hope
God has blessed us with 7.5 acres in Kigali, Rwanda that we intend to use to place children who had been living on the streets into loving Godly homes. The master plan for the development of the Acres of Hope includes four transitional homes similar to the Home of Innocence. The first home to be built will be for girls and children under 5. The second home will replace the house we are currently renting for the Home of Innocence. In addition to the transitional homes, we intend to build housing for local families that adopt orphans from our program (if the family is in need). The Acres of Hope will also have a kitchen/dining hall, a soccer field, a basketball court, staff housing, national offices, a training center, and perhaps in the future a church and guest house.
